Business Development Representative (m/w/d) - France

At Inhouse Mobility GmbH, we are changing that. We automate compliance for international workforce deployment – making global work as simple as local work.
For this mission, we are looking for you: a driving force in Business Development who approaches people with conviction, starts real conversations, and turns interest into concrete opportunities.
What you will do
- You proactively identify and contact potential customers via phone, email, and other channels
- You qualify leads and schedule targeted meetings between prospects and our sales team
- You present our solution in a compelling and easy-to-understand way – even when dealing with complex compliance topics
- You work with Marketing and Sales to develop new lead generation strategies and contribute your own ideas
- You provide direct feedback from the field to the team – on value proposition, messaging, and product features
- You maintain a clean pipeline in our CRM and keep track of your deals
What you bring
- First experience in outbound sales – ideally in a B2B environment
- Fluent German and English – you communicate confidently and persuasively in both languages
- Strong communication skills and curiosity – you ask the right questions, truly listen, and understand what drives customers
- Initiative and structure – you work independently, goal-oriented, and stay on track even in a remote environment
- Affinity for digital tools – you quickly adapt to sales tools and systems
- Interest in international topics – HR, compliance, and global mobility excite you or you are eager to dive deep into them
